A year or so ago, during a visit to my Aunt Karen Macedo's backyard chicken coop, I was enthralled by their beauty, poise, and demeanor. They were disciplined, friendly, and personable... I fell in love with them. Each time I visited, I began to think more and more about having a flock of my own. I researched a little, inquired at some local feed stores, talked to some chicken-loving friends, and within a couple of months, I found myself planning and setting up for a flock of my own. Now, my dream has become a reality and I am excited to share with you, my very own small business venture, Em's Eggs!
